This system runs off your existing internet connection and will provide a reliable and accurate status of your personnel. The information can then be displayed on individual computer screens as an application. The information can also be displayed on a dedicated LCD monitor installed at a main location. If you work in an environment where staff are on the move – this is the system for you.
Features:
- Staff at the main office will receive a notification on their screen via the EMB application, when staff change their status. Staff can update their status via a mobile phone when out of the building and they can also change their status when they are in the building via the EMB application or website.
- No more trying to contact staff to track their locations!
- Health & Safety in the work place is becoming an important requirement to everyday life and by using this facility you are providing that duty of care that staff require.
- This provides an overview for all admin & reception staff that are able to quickly and easily see the locations of all staff, whether in the building at a meeting, or on the road.
- Need to let staff know of an important notification? – use the broadcast feature that allows you to send important notices quickly and easily to all PC’s.
- Urgent Message Facility – When staff are out on the road and require assistance, they can simply text SOS and a message will appear on all screens in the building explaining that a member of staff requires urgent assistance.
