Who we are

TurnKey I.T. Solutions Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 08641814, and our registered office is 3 Pegasus House, Pegasus Court, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6LW. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZA912108.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

If you email or phone us, or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and anything you write. We use this information to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or quote.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Postmark, an email delivery service, under its privacy policy. Postmark keeps a copy of each message for up to 45 days for delivery records.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you book a demo

Demo bookings are handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email address and any answers you give on the booking form, and shares them with us so we can run the demo. Calendly processes this information under its own privacy notice.

Website analytics

We use Umami, which we host ourselves, to count page views and see which pages are useful. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. We only see totals, never individual visitors.

Fonts

This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. To deliver the font, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the booking window.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep correspondence for the length of our contract and six years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing. We only share it with the service providers named above, and with anyone we are required to by law.

Our products

This policy covers turnkeyit.co.uk only. GreenShoots, PropCalc, Scenic Way and PrintDesk each have their own privacy information. Data that our customers hold in GreenShoots is covered by our contract and data processing agreement with each customer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@turnkeyit.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
